In November 2000 I went to Mexico again, to
visit Yamile (together with 'the other Australian Rebecca). Below are some pictures of the trip. It was really fun.
We had to improvise a little due to some illness, but still had a great time. We
saw the Night of the Dead celebration in Patzcuaro and visited a remote beach in
Michoacan Comments?

| At night we saw black sea turtles laying eggs right on the beach. | This nature preserve is managed by the university, the turtle eggs are hatched in a protected area and the tiny turtles are later release to the ocean | This is inside Yamile's house, the whole group drinking tea at night. |
